Customers - Sun Valley Foods, Inc.

Sun Valley Foods, Inc. is a wholesale food supplier to several types of companies in the metropolitan Detroit area. Their customers include school systems, universities, chain stores, and other large and small accounts.

Sun Valley Foods contracted S.E.S. to deploy an Internet ordering system for their customers, upgrade their I.T. infrastructure, and support their I.T. staff.

Internet Ordering System
S.E.S. originally worked with Sun Valley Foods to manage the launch of an Internet Ordering System for a large customer to place weekly orders for their lunch programs. The orders are grouped by food category and the software enforces two- to 10-day lead times based on item requirements.

S.E.S. is currently expanding the Internet Ordering Software to make it available to all of the other Sun Valley Foods customers. The updated software will be deployed in the first quarter of 2011.

Infrastructure Upgrades
S.E.S. has also upgraded the Sun Valley voice and Internet service to improve the performance and capabilities while cutting their monthly utility cost in half. These new services will be installed in January 2011 and include:

• Up to 10 times the bandwidth over their existing Internet service.
• Provide redundancy for voice and Internet connectivity.
• Voicemails and faxes will be routed to the appropriate email account. Private fax numbers for individuals are available.
• Direct dial numbers for the owners and managers can be assigned.
• Unlimited local and intralata calls along with several other features.
